Jan 29, 2009 Water St. Cafe

Executive media coach, Mickey Rogers takes a look at the strategies to manage change in our industry as well as personally. She’ll uncover successful conditions to manage anxiety; demonstrate coaching to understand the context of the change, take positive action; and create an accountability plan.

Mickey Rogers
Executive Media Coach

As an executive coach to entrepreneurs, leaders and innovators, Mickey’s role as a vision keeper, cage rattler and alchemist guarantees peak performance for her clients. She coaches highly motivated, intelligent and results-oriented leaders to successes beyond their wildest dreams.

Mickey leads success workshops for executive women in Vancouver and has seen women, with great skills and accomplishments, set and achieve goals they saw as impossible.  She is also an Associate Coach at the University of British Columbia.

Mickey’s built award-winning international media businesses for the past 25 years, with an emphasis on collaboration, creativity and commitment.

As a founding partner of Forefront Entertainment, she grew the enterprise from a few hundred dollars to revenue highs of 14 million.  The company won a showcase of awards, including an International Emmy for The Magician’s House, a co-production with the BBC.  Part of her responsibilities included establishing an international sales division that competed successfully with the likes of Disney.

As a global media strategist to clients such as Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Corus Entertainment, Creative Business Wales and the National Screen Institute, Mickey dramatically expanded her clients’ international business opportunities.   She negotiated multi-million dollar deals; facilitated strategic partnerships; and created successful marketing plans.

Mickey brings her engaging enthusiasm as a listening partner, strategic challenger and collaborative team builder.   She’s committed 150% to you being your personal best.
