The Strategy of Engagement in Social Marketing
Oct 21, 2009 Earl’s V

Take an insider’s look at the long-term implications of true social marketing. Join us as we learn lessons from a local industry leader’s journey and success harnessing social marketing strategies: Vancouver Film School (VFS). Stephen Webster, Director of Marketing for VFS has spearheaded many high-profile international campaigns that have transformed VFS into a truly global brand.

Using VFS as a case study, you will learn the nuts and bolts of how social marketing strategies were developed and implemented, the results yielded and the upcoming trends in the social marketing sphere. Some of Stephen’s greatest achievements include creating the top channel for a school on YouTube, as well as YouTube’s first international scholarship competition. VFS is proud to declare that 50% of students now come from outside of Canada!
