Ashley is the marketing lead for HootSuite’s Brand and Content strategies, with a focus on enterprise business and client success. Since September of 2010, Ashley has helped grow the marketing efforts for the company which has seen growth in excess of 8 million users.
Prior to landing at HootSuite, Ashley set a course developing brand strategies for key clients at Cossette Vancouver. There she helped develop award-winning brand identities for many of the firm’s largest national and international clients, gaining experience with government, M&E and retail verticals. Most notably, she developed strategies for a Canadian province, a national broadcaster and a billionaire’s club.
Matthew leads the digital business strategy group responsible for delivering award-winning programs that enable clients like the Canadian Tourism Commission, Samsung, Langara College and Edmonton Tourism create and maintain meaningful user experiences across all digital touch points including web, social, mobile and emerging technology.
He brings new ideas and a fresh perspective to BC marketers, having rejoined DDB from R/GA in San Francisco, where he was Director, Mobile & Social Platforms and where he worked with many brands, including Microsoft, JC Penney and Inspiration Mars. Matthew gained valuable international experience at DDB California as Director, Digital & Social Strategy, where he lent his expertise to Intel, Wells Fargo, Tourism Australia, Qualcomm, Consumer Health Protection Association, Clorox and ConAgra, and was responsible for new business development.
Before working in the US, Matthew served as Director, Social Media at Tribal DDB Vancouver, where he led the agency’s social media offering.

Addie has been one of the top creatives in Canada for the past seven years, winning awards in all major national and international shows including the One Show, One Show Interactive, Cannes, LIA, D&AD, the Webby Awards, Marketing and Lotus for a variety of clients. She has created insightful, effective work for brands big and small – from McDonald’s and Smart fortwo to the Vancouver International Film Festival and BC Children’s Hospital. Now Co-Creative Director of DARE, Addie continues her award-winning work for brands such as BC Children’s Hospital, John Frieda, Destination British Columbia, MTS, Money Mart and Honda.
Heron has spent more than two decades in broadcast media in Canada, working in TV newsrooms across the country on both sides of the camera.
He has successfully built award-winning online and mobile platforms and social communities for CTV News and has also acted in films, announced on radio, worked for digital start-ups and mentored students.
Now, after 20 years of finding great stories, he’s continuing that passion and is using technology to shape it, to tell it, and to share it as a digital and social media storyteller for NATIONAL Public Relations and his own roster of clients.

A marketer, strategist and speaker, Meena builds brand experiences. She is recognized for creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and relationship building. Meena is an innovator and a positive disruptor who has thrived playing in the digital and experiential space with experience in storytelling, content, native advertising, and real-time and guerilla marketing.
