Steve is President of Market Research Canada West within Ipsos Reid. He joined Ipsos Reid in 1995 and now leads the efforts of over 60 client service staff in the Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, and Seattle offices including specialized practice areas of Lottery & Gaming, Agrifood, Energy, Retail, Technology and Communications among others. He is responsible for marketing, client service, staffing and administration of a business unit with annual billings of $20M.
Steve has been in the market research industry for 15 years and is a sought-after speaker represented by the National Speaker’s Bureau and is the company’s frequent media spokesperson in the topic area of Internet trends. Ipsos Reid won the BCAMA Marketer of the Year Award in 2001.

Bruce began his career in broadcast over 20 years ago when he joined CHQM radio as an account manager. He then joined WIC -BCTV/CHEK as a senior account executive and was recognized on numerous occasions as one of the top TV account executives in the country. Over the years, he has held a variety of senior Sales and Marketing positions with a number of organizations, demonstrating a great aptitude for building client relationships, driving revenue growth and building strong sales teams.
Bruce is currently Vice-President of Sales at channel m, a position he has held since 2003. channel m is Vancouver's only free over the air multilingual conventional television station. Bruce has built a dynamic local and national sales team focused on Vancouver's ethnically-diverse market. Our mission is 'to bring a vision of diversity, respect, and inclusiveness to our community by celebrating our differences'. channel m is available free over the air to the three million residents in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
