She has expertise in assessing public opinion and behaviour on issues related to the environment and sustainability.

Selena McLachlan is the Marketing and Research Manager for Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC), a local Canadian company that strives to make and market products sustainably, and build and operate its facilities with a minimal ecological impact. In her role, Selena oversees branding, segment strategies, multi-channel programs, and increasingly, social marketing. Selena played a key role in MEC’s award-winning ad campaign “Leave Prepared”, in addition to an extensive re-branding project recently recognized by ReBrand 100.
