Join the BCAMA and PeerSpectives Consulting on Wednesday, June 7th at 6:00pm for a 90-minute virtual workshop where you will identify your strengths, recognize when you are using them, and find opportunities to leverage your strengths to your advantage. Workshop registration includes access to the CliftonStrengths online assessment tool for completion prior to the workshop.

Meet the workshop facilitators: 

Louann McCurdy

Louann helps people understand how their natural talents can be used to bring forth the best in themselves,  their relationships, and in their career. She is an ICF-Certified Coach and workshop leader, blending professional development with yoga and mindfulness.  Louann has lived in 5 countries (Canada, USA, Singapore, France, India), and has worked as an Engineer, I/T Analyst, Teacher, and community leader. Louann has a level of wisdom and playfulness that help people learn quickly. Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.


Stephanie Koonar

Stephanie is a community connector that believes in the strength of teams and personal development.  She has experience collaborating with international teams from Dublin, Milan, Guadalajara, New York, London while working in a variety of sectors: telecommunications, wine & spirits, research, and non-profit.

With over 20 years of teaching and administration experience in higher education Stephanie is a Certified Career Educator, coaching people to find meaningful work. She believes strongly in the power of mentorship and spearheads the Leaders of Tomorrow program.  A Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Teaching Excellence Award Winner and recently voted Mentor of the Year with the Vancouver Board of Trade.
