Maybe you’re hesitant to move into a leadership role or you’ve wanted to for a while. Either way, all you need is encouragement, support and a network to get you going. Join the program, connect with a diverse group of colleagues, learn key leadership skills and see what’s possible.
Who is this Mentorship Program for?
Level Up is for marketers at the middle manager level (3-5+ years of experience) who want to break through to the Director/VP level and could use a hand up, to level up.
Why become a Mentee?
- Expand your network, meet your fellow mentees and program mentors.
- Learn more about key leadership attributes.
- Receive guidance and advice from a senior marketing professional dedicated to your growth and who is known in their industry as a strong leader of people.
Level Up Mentee Program Value & Benefits:
- Minimum 8 Mentorship Meetings (March-October) – 1 hour each month with your dedicated Mentor.
- 1 Year BCAMA Membership.
- Level Up monthly readings and learnings provided by our educational partner, Royal Roads University.
- Gallup Clifton Strengths Workshop — provided by PeerSpectives Consulting.
- Level Up your LinkedIn Profile Workshop — provided by Smart Savvy + Associates

Who are the Mentors?
All mentors for this program have been hand-picked by the BCAMA because they are not only accomplished senior marketers, but they are true leaders. Leaders who care about people, challenging each other to become better professionals, and future leaders.
Mentorship Program Outline
Get paired up with a senior marketer that can share their life experiences with you and help you realize your potential.
The program starts with a networking event, where you will have the chance to meet all the mentors and choose which ones you would prefer to work with. (Chemistry counts!)
On being paired with a mentor you will meet one-on-one at least once per month for the duration of the mentorship program. Each month will be themed around a key leadership skill and include relevant educational content that will help you level up.
By the end of the program, you will have learned about what great leadership is and be well-positioned to take your career to the next level.
